As part of ongoing efforts to enhance competencies and strengthen professional skills, the training camp for developing employees of the Royal Automobile Club of Jordan was launched through a joint organization and management partnership between Kaizone Academy and Acers Company.

The camp aimed to equip participants with a range of Smart Skills that align with the demands of the modern workplace. The program included a series of interactive training workshops focused on improving job performance, boosting productivity, and developing both personal and professional capabilities.

The camp also provided a practical training environment that combined knowledge with hands-on application through modern training methods based on interactive learning and real-life experiences, contributing to a tangible improvement in employee performance.

This collaboration reflects the importance of strategic partnerships between training institutions and the private sector in investing in human capital and achieving sustainable development.

Kai Zone Academy has announced the launch of its annual event, “Happy New You,” as part of a structured vision aimed at empowering individuals to redirect their focus toward themselves, reflect consciously on the past year, and begin a new year based on intentional planning rather than fleeting wishes. This aligns with Kai Zone Academy’s philosophy, inspired by the Japanese concept of “Kaizen,” which combines Kai (change) and Zen (better), forming a practical framework for sustainable transformation that starts with mindset before circumstances, and awareness before results.

The event is designed as a training experience open to all segments of society, including students, academics, employees, entrepreneurs, homemakers, and retirees. This reflects Kai Zone Academy’s belief that true investment begins with the individual — through their mindset, tools, and methodology in approaching life and goals.

“Happy New You” is presented as an intensive interactive training workshop extending over a full training day, incorporating individual and group activities, training games, self-assessment tools, and internationally recognized methodologies for personal development and career/life design, including Getting Things Done (GTD), Ikigai, Design Thinking Your Life, and Business Model You.

The workshop is built upon a comprehensive training framework that begins with mental reset and clearing internal distractions, followed by a holistic review of different life domains, reconnecting with personal values and motivations, and ultimately reimagining the future while building a practical and actionable plan for 2026. The workshop aims to transform awareness into real behavior through small, intentional steps that enhance productivity, organize personal energy, and redefine life as a sustainable human investment project.

The “Happy New You” event series will run from December 27, 2025, until January 31, 2026. Kai Zone Academy invites schools, universities, and companies to benefit from this training experience, which can be conducted at institutional premises, hotel training halls, or outdoor natural training spaces according to each organization’s needs.

Ms. Yasmeen Al-Assad, Founder of Kai Zone Academy and trainer of the “Happy New You” event, emphasized that the message of this annual initiative extends beyond individuals to educational, economic, and community institutions. She affirmed her belief that investing in people is the true foundation, and that possessing productivity and self-development tools is the real gateway to a year full of achievement and success not merely another number on the calendar.

The inspiring workshop "Kaizen Power" concluded successfully, marked by exceptional engagement from participants around the core principles of the Kaizen strategy and its role in creating a lifestyle rooted in the concept of continuous improvement. 

The workshop welcomed 25 trainees with a keen interest in personal and professional development, including employees and individuals from mid to senior-level management. Participants were introduced to the tools and methodologies of the Japanese Kaizen approach and learned how to apply them both personally and professionally to achieve sustainable positive change. 

Participants expressed their satisfaction with the rich content and the inspiring experience. Dr. Yasmine Al-Asaad, the workshop facilitator, emphasized that the Kaizen mindset is no longer a philosophical luxury, but rather a necessity in light of today’s realities—such as the rise of artificial intelligence, which promises to replace many jobs. The roles that will endure are those built on a different mindset, equipped with different tools. For that reason, we all deserve the Kaizen mindset. 

As part of its commitment to supporting students in their academic journey and enhancing their research skills, Kai Zone Academy, in collaboration with Univer, organized a training workshop on "Scientific Research" on February 7, 2025, at Madareem Hotel in Riyadh. The workshop targeted a group of high school and undergraduate students. 

The session was led by Ms. Yasmine Al-Asaad, the founder and general manager of Kai Zone Academy, who covered fundamental aspects of scientific research. 

Kai Zone Academy remains dedicated to providing high-quality training programs that empower young individuals in their educational and professional paths, equipping them with the latest tools and techniques in their respective research fields. 

 The outstanding workshop "Happy New You," organized by Kai Zone Academy, kicked off with a group of participants who showed great engagement with the workshop's content and innovative tools. The 6-hour session was filled with learning, interaction, and interactive games specifically designed to maximize the participants' benefit in personal planning and goal achievement.

Held at the Liwan Hotel, the workshop aimed to empower participants to evaluate their achievements for 2024 and set well-thought-out goals for 2025 using innovative strategies like the Fishbone model to identify challenges and factors that affected success, as well as the Mind Map technique to create a clear roadmap for future goals.

Workshop facilitator, Yasmine Al-As'ad, emphasized, "This workshop is not just a traditional training; it is a true journey toward achievement through scientific tools and methods that enable every individual to turn their ambitions into achievable goals."

Additionally, powerful strategies were presented to increase productivity and achieve a balance between time and effort through the adoption of the "Kaizen" methodology, which helps participants eliminate waste and improve personal efficiency. 

Kai Zone Academy successfully concluded the "Upskills" training camp, which spanned several days and involved employees from one of the largest NGOs in Jordan. The camp was designed to enhance and develop participants' skills in critical areas such as critical thinking, problem-solving, etiquette, time management, risk management, and effective communication.

The camp featured a series of interactive workshops, providing participants with practical tools and strategies to improve their performance in the workplace. These workshops addressed key topics aimed at strengthening employees’ abilities to make strategic decisions, efficiently handle daily challenges, and foster effective communication between colleagues and management.

Yasmine Al-Asaad, founder of Kai Zone Academy, stated, "We are proud of the success of the training camp, which had a significant impact on enhancing the professional skills of the participants. The camp concluded with an inspiring graduation ceremony where participants received certificates of completion. With great enthusiasm, Kai Zone Academy announces the launch of its "Upskills" training camp, tailored for the institutional track aimed at enhancing the skills of employees at one of the major volunteer organizations in Jordan.

The program, expected to run until early December 2024, covers several essential topics, including:

- Time management skills and waste reduction

- Professional etiquette

- Critical thinking and problem-solving

- Risk management skills

- Individual and institutional communication skills

As part of its efforts to promote a culture of volunteerism among the youth, Kai Zone Academy, in collaboration with Univer and Bevol, organized a workshop titled "Volunteerism and Digital Work" on October 14, 2024, for a group of students from some of the largest schools in Riyadh.

The workshop targeted adolescents and young individuals eager to learn how to integrate volunteer work with digital platforms, and how to apply the principles of volunteerism and social responsibility effectively. The session addressed crucial topics related to volunteerism and its digitization through a special discussion led by Mrs. Yasmine Al-Assaad, founder and general manager of Kai Zone Academy, alongside Ms. Yasmine Al-Kafrawi, executive director of Bab Al Khair Volunteer Association.

This session provided a great opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of volunteer work and how digital tools can support the community and expand volunteer initiatives among adolescents. The participants engaged positively with the content, allowing them to develop their skills and understand the significance of volunteerism in building a cohesive society.

On May 27, 2024, Kai Zone Academy successfully participated in the Career Day organized by Al-Ahliyya Amman University. This participation was part of the academy's efforts to enhance communication between educational institutions and the labor market, providing opportunities for students and graduates to explore diverse career paths.

On May 21, 2024, Kai Zone Academy participated in the Career Day organized by the Applied Science Private University, where the academy provided a comprehensive overview of its educational and training programs, in addition to presenting a range of available job opportunities for graduates.

Amman, Jordan - April 30, 2024: Kai Zone Academy participated in the Entrepreneurship Summit Supporting Startups organized by Softina at the Fairmont Hotel. The conference was attended by the Minister of Social Development, H.E. Mrs. Wafa Saeed Bani Mustafa, along with many successful and inspiring figures from various sectors.

The summit featured inspiring stories from successful individuals and companies, providing attendees with the opportunity to learn from others' experiences and gain new insights on achieving success in their fields.
